Refund policy

 

We do our best to ensure each order is packaged safely and securely. If your item arrives with major damages, please take a picture and contact us ASAP. Your order may be eligible for a partial refund or a replacement pacifier.

Refund/Return Eligibility:

  1. Items with 1/4 or more deco removed from transit. This doesn’t include damages made by the owner from rough or improper use.
  2.  You report your refund or return within 14 days after delivery.
  3. Your product was not purchased during a sale or originally discounted for imperfections.
  4. You receive a different item than what is on your receipt.
