Refund policy
We do our best to ensure each order is packaged safely and securely. If your item arrives with major damages, please take a picture and contact us ASAP. Your order may be eligible for a partial refund or a replacement pacifier.
Refund/Return Eligibility:
- Items with 1/4 or more deco removed from transit. This doesn’t include damages made by the owner from rough or improper use.
- You report your refund or return within 14 days after delivery.
- Your product was not purchased during a sale or originally discounted for imperfections.
- You receive a different item than what is on your receipt.
